Eat at
#30309: Rhubarb Custard Cake...so simple. This is a good base to keep in memory for any tarty fruits.

It's simple enough that I wouldn't even have to look at it again. I prefer this to a clafouti although I found the amount of lemon actually made a lemon custard that competed with the rhubarb.
