This is definitely not a financial gig but a shot at establishing yourself internationally as "the next great on-air chef".

The venture can be evaluated by comparing it to the do-it-yourself costs of creating a series of shows (scripting, producing, filming, editing, distributing, etc.) in an international (hot!) setting, as part of a recognized program, filling-in for an established host - all potentially very expensive to replicate on your own.
