How about a category "Ten or Fewer Ingredients" ? I myself wouldn't really discriminate

between 4 & 5 ingredients. Make those 10 ingedients ones that would normally be found in most kitchens. You might vet the recipes with a survey group (Here would be good) to see if those ingredients you had were indeed found in most people's kitchens.
