Cafe Silan was definitely good... and I had a difficult time deciding what to order. I will go back and try something else when I visit my cousins again.

I will see about experimenting a bit with falafel, etc to try to recreate the dish.

nice to see you all again.. I don't cook much anymore (pity) and have moved to another state now, to another job that has me working lots of hours.. but every once in a while I play in the kitchen.
