I just spread crushed tomatoes on the dough (after rolling it out, of course), Then I add some salt and pepper and oregano to taste. THEN some sliced mushrooms (DH also adds rings or red onion), and next we use Salsiccia sausage meat and just put dot's of the sausage meat around the pizza (they come out looking like meatballs after the pizza is done) and some fresh mozzarella on top. Serve with ruccola salad. Yum!
