only to find out it was a gigantic, and I mean gigantic honeydew melon. I planted too many different plants, too close together, and this looked like a pumpkin, and was in the area where I planted the pumpkins, but somehow it turned out to be a honeydew.
We love honeydew, but this is way too much to eat fresh. Any ideas on how to use this up? I don't want to freeze it because I am trying to empty out my freezer so I can defrost it before winter sets in. Thanks!
