It’s so incredibly easy and addicting. The last time I made it, I served it with slices of kumquats, which I really liked. It’s funny, my friend is a chef and after trying that tapenade, she’s made it at least 10 times!
Do you live near a Trader Joes? I buy the Lavash flat bread, smear the tapenade over the top, sprinkled with goat cheese and sometimes either sliced apples or lemon zest. Bake it in an oven like a pizza. Talk about a quick and easy dinner! (Do the same with that tomato confit…oh my…)
