The 'premier' candy making supply store had neither and the little one by me was the place that had the 1 ounce of cocoa butter. Fabrizio said to use cocoa butter in rice instead of regular butter. SO now I have to find some. What we found was granulated and not the blocks I have seen at the little candy store down the street. So now I have something else to play with.
