Honestly, for 24 cupcakes' worth of batter, to that 1-1/2 cups of sugar, and considering it DOES have the 4 oz. of unsweetened choc. (which I missed the first time), I think I would still do 1/4 cup cocoa powder. I would also watch the baking time and be sure not to overbake.
They really do sound yummy.... please let us know how they turn out!
Oh, and let me know what time they will be done so I can time my arrival accordingly :)
