and they were great. I just steamed the asparagus until just tender. I mixed cream cheese, prepared horseradish and Dijon and spread on slices of thin sliced deli ham laid out to fit the size of the asparagus. Laid one asparagus spear on the ham and rolled up tight. I wrapped in plastic wrap and chilled. I sliced them into about 1" pieces. Very pretty and tasty. Very finger food.
